Washed EF: Cherry fermented dry for 150hr closed with lactic bacteria, then pulped and fermented for 72hr with leachate from 1st phase. One wash and rinse, then sun-dried.
Tasting notes : papaya, yellow floral, candy melon , a syrupy white tea finish.
