ORIGIN OF CENTRAL ANDES

Central Andes blend was created with the idea of providing consistency all year round, we have selected producers with similar geographical location near the Central Andes mountains of Colombia and who grow similar varietals. We encourage them to process their coffees washed and with the minimum quality standards from picking, selecting, fermenting and drying. In order to maintain homogeneity, however we do our internal quality control and only blend the coffees that complement each other and that align with our flavour profile. If something differs too much it is then send to be part of another blend or rejected. We then send to milling only screen size 15+ and packing in 35kg bags with grain pro ready to send to port. Central Andes is our most consistent blend, always ensuring a sustainable business model for our farmers and our clients, not only financially but also environmentally, we provide full traceability and make it available all year round.
